Anyone notice that we did not see Aunt May in the Trailer at all. Maybe she's the one who dies. I just find it weird that we don't see her at all. Maybe the first person to die is aunt man in the beginning. I mean why would you go to a church... A funeral.

It's possible that she might die, but it's also just as likely that her role in this movie is very small, because the first two movies were about Peter's development into an adult and in the third, he's fully grown.

Raimi's stirring up enough drama with the GG2 suit... he knows that killing Aunt May would cause all hell to break lose.

Its just a teaser meant for all the fanboys to go nuts. So lots of action and drama and such. Throwing in a scene of Aunt May sipping tea doesn't really get the fanboy's hormones pumping.

Conversely, NOT showing a clip of Aunt May sipping tea leads to rabid specuation as to her possible demise :P

Honestly I just don't think there was enough time to splice her in...maybe she just doesnt get in harms way this time.

She could die but I think her role will be smaller in this movie. This one IMO is going to focus on Harry, Mary Jane, and Peter. Venom and Sandman will have their place, but I think it will really turn the magnifying glass on those three to wrap up the trilogy. Perhaps a compare and contrast between Peter and Harry as they both turn to the dark side (for lack of a better phrase)

I dont think she will die, it is unnecessary and I dont want Spidey 3 to turn into next X3, where 3 character dies.

I think she will just get small part in the movie. But she will be necessary in part, where Peter knows about Marko being Ben's murder.
