av animation question

ok in the past week i've changed my av 3 times each to a different animated gif. but for some reason none of them seem to animate on the hype.

there work fine on other sites and i can see everyone's else avs

sure i've tried it with these three, i did shirnk all three down to both 100x100 and below the 109kb size
