2,000+ posts = 100x100 avatars, 244.1kb
1,000-1,999 = 75x75 avatars
300-999 posts = 50x50 avatars

You currently stand at the lowest amount of posts required, so I guess you should have a maximum of 61kb avatars.
Choose your favorite and we will reduce its size for you.
