Do they spread the characters out over different types of dr pepper? And is it like a whole box of one character on the can?

A case contained ONE type of character can. From what I can tell, there are 3 different cans in regular Dr Pepper cases, 3 in Diet Dr Pepper cases, one in Dr Pepper Cherry and one in Diet Dr Pepper Cherry. In Canada, we are only getting the six Diet and regular Dr Pepper cans tho. They just ship out whenever they ship out. I check the cans inside by popping the handle on the side of the box. The only way to tell ....

So I heard .. I had a few people try to get me Captain America cans and all I was able to get was a case of 7up with Captain America cans.

They aren't too bad to find them in Canada ... I've never had an issue .. I get them early tho. I'm going to Boston at the end of the week so I'm hoping I can scoop some Avengers cans there (as Canada is missing out on Loki and Nick Fury)

I was planning on picking one up when The First Avenger came out, but the big strap on the back of it really put me off. Is the new one just the exact same toy repackaged? And is that damn strap removable?

Um not sure. Tho I THINK that's Jay Franco that makes that. They've pretty much made the othe Marvel Superhero items like it.

No the strapes are not removeable on the new one either. Just repackaged. same with the Nerf Mjolnir. The Avengers version is slightly different on the screen, but Nerf just put out the first hammer without that silver "pommel" on the new one.

That's disappointing. My other big problem with the shield frisbee was that they made it out of red plastic with the gray and blue colors painted on, instead of making it out of gray plastic with the blue and red colors painted on. Which means the back of the shield is the wrong color! It's ugly bright red instead of the metal color it is in the movie. Kind of a deal breaker for me, but I guess they figured out red plastic was cheaper or something, I don't know.

The figures are FINALLY out here!!!!!

Went to target and managed to grab the last avengers Cap and Loki, kids must love cap here, i passed on the new 3.75 hulk, i thought he was a bit too small
and i grabbed the iron man figure seeing how i didn't get the im2 one,(already had a good hulk and thor at home)

A case had been busted open at a local Wal MArt and it had both Cap and Iron Man in it. This is the first time I've seen two different cans in one case.
