Well this sucks....I was hoping to at least catch up on repeats if it stayed alive because it was difficult for me to remember about this series when it aired the same time as The Mentalist did.

Sucks about the cancellation. I think most people saw it coming but were hopeful. It's too bad because I really enjoyed this show. The last episode was excellent. Isaacs hit out of the park with his performance.

Small consolation, but the showrunner has said on twitter that the finale in a really satisfying way to go out.

So, at least they've given us the full season, instead of canning it after two episodes.

What sucks even more now is that Mentalist is moving to Sunday nights and I would've been able to watch Awake if it stayed on for another season

ok i just saw the most recent episode

i hate NBC even more

episode 12 was so damn good the last 2 episodes have been phenomenal and so damn intense

i want more and i only get 1 more episode

I'm not too shocked, after John doe, firefly, dollhouse, journeyman and anything else I likeit gets canceled.

I started Buffy and 24 in season 2. And they went on for ever. I honestly couldn't think what season 2 of this show would be about.I think it works as 1 season, like a short story.a novel would be too tedious.better to burn bright and fade to dusk than crash into the earth
