Don't know if any of you played Fallou4, but the partially complete android inside a circle from the intro, poster, and seen in one episode or another, looks a lot like the androids from the game.

Was it the same in the movie or coincidence?

They didn't kill Teddy :(

Great episode. Ford gets creepier and scarier. Can't wait for the meeting between him and the Man in Black. Interesting that he is someone famous in the real world.

Maeve's storyline was great. And poor Hector didn't get to make his speech.

Heh, I get kick out of imaging Harris as some sort of humanitarian on the outside world.

Oh, and, am I crazy or are the "not Orion's Belt" wood carvings of the craters on the moon?

I could be reading too much into it but that shot seemed very deliberate.

Have u guys seen the promo for next one? That bar scene looks epic!

loved last nights closing score

I'm continuing to love everything about this show. Going to be a long wait until next week.

I love how we continue to get more answers each week, while we simultaneously have new questions and mysteries presented to us. There is literally no "filler" in this show. Every single shot, every line of dialogue, and every single scene are so integral to the story, with each one pushing the plot forward (or at least advancing it in some way) and providing us with crucial information. The most impressive thing is that they are still able to hold back enough in terms of presenting the various reveals and plot twists to us without making it seem like they're teasing us or stringing us too far along.

It's also refreshing to watch a show like this and ultimately have no idea what will happen next, whether it be in the very next scene or the next episode. The scene with Dr. Ford and Cullen was awesome.

At this point you gotta think the Man in Black is either Arnold or a future version of William. It would be pretty crazy and interesting to see how William reaches that point, as he seems like the MIB's polar opposite. But him giving into Logan's black hat path at the end certainly seems to suggest that this is where the story is going, unless it is a red herring.

Still from an upcoming episode,Is it me or is does this look like a ''younger/cleaner'' version of Lawrence, maybe this is the first time MIB/William met?
.

i read a theory that William is Man in Black. like we are watching the same character the first time he is in the park and 30 years later.

it would be bad because nothing changed

I don't think MiB is William but I think we are seeing two time frames, there is just too much pointing to it. And Nolan pulled Memento off, he can pull this off too even though it is tricky - for example this requires Dolores to be off her loop twice - once with William, the other time when Stubbs is told she is off her loop. So we see what happened to her past but we don't know what happens to her currently in MiB's storyline. It's tricky but I still think two time frames is very much possible

At first glance back in E2, I thought William was introduced because he was intended to be the "Man in White", or a foil to the Man in Black who would protect Dolores from him. However, especially after last night's episode, there seems to be some pretty strong evidence that William is the MiB.

Obviously a SPOILER WARNING, but check this out:

wasn't the rumor that they filmed the first 4 episodes then took a year hiatus to tighten up the story? i wonder if we see some changes from this point forward.

I knew they took some time out, but no clue when they did it

See, the William=MIB theory doesn't make sense to me. We see the staff talking about Dolores going off her loop with William. And all the changes Ford is making with the Wyatt storyline. It only works if EVERYONE, including Ford, is a host.

There is some very strong evidence. I don't know, I just think Nolan can surprise us. Most of the people are wondering if William is MiB and Nolan usually masks his twists better

J. Nolan
Part of the fun is people speculating about what they’re are seeing. There’s some amazing speculation out there. There are some theories that are so elaborate and beautiful that you wish you thought of them yourself. I think we want to burden the audience as little as possible with expectations of what we think the show is. I’m a big believer in this ever since we went to the Venice Film Festival with ‘Memento.’ My brother [director Christopher Nolan] gave an interview about what he thought the film meant but stressed it was ambiguous. And afterward we talked about it and I felt from then on that the best thing to do is get out of the way of the audience and let them play with it. And there are some things in ‘Westworld’ that are intentionally ambiguous.

interesting. i belive some parts from the pilot will be ignored in the future.

Is it true that critics were giving the first episodes for review? we now watched ep4 so we now know everything they know.

someone noticed different westworld logos. could this be because of reshoots? that months later they changed the logo and just left in old scenes the old logo?

or is the logo proof that its from different timelines?

.

See I just interpreted that scene as she went out alone to look for the Maze (after Bernard told her about the game)

she says that she is the oldest host in the park.

'...In the park'

...Are there older hosts active outside the park?
