Oh god yes x 1000. I remember I trashed that line over on the TDK boards and there were still a bunch of clowns who were defending it. Come on, EVERY movie has at least one bad line.
I just want to know what Nolan was thinking by keeping that line? Or what the editor was thinking by keeping that scene in the final cut? It's just such a huge "NO ****!" moment. We can SEE that they haven't killed you. We SEE why they haven't killed you. We can SEE that you're still alive. So why the hell are you telling me that information!?
People actually tried to defend that?
