Let's discuss some of our favorite ballads, new, old & in-between. And I want REAL ballads here. I mean the stuff that you would actually play to "set the mood" with someone you truly cared about. Something you might (have) dance(d) to at your wedding reception.

Yeah, I was initially confused as well. There are a lot of love songs but ballads can be about anything honestly.

For me I tend to mix old and new. I'm not really a "set the mood" guy, but I've been known to have a smooth selection when with women. Some of these songs are mood setters, and others are general love songs.

This next one will just make you feel it. The first time I heard this song I listened to it about 25 times over my friend's place. The day after I sang it to this girl I was really feeling at the time. This song always get's a rise out of anyone.
