This is a continuation thread, the old thread is [split]478119[/split]
Most bannings are the fault of the poster.
Admittedly there are circumstances where they get goaded into becoming lunatics by others but mostly everyone has to take responsibility for their own mistakes.
He was still prob-banned,so I'm guessing if he got banned for whatever PM's he was making he can still come back (legally) with a new screen name.
Is that how it works? I don't think so. I think you can only come back with a new name if you created that name while prob-banned under an old account, and then got caught using two names, so they just banned your old account and placed the probation ban on your new account. Just getting banned while being prob-banned probably isn't enough.
Oh yeah.I think you have to have made a 2nd account for that to work.In any case,I still don't know why it's a big secret and they can't reveal why he was banned. His biggest fault that I'm aware is taking a topic and "beating it into the ground" which goes on here pretty much on a daily basis.
Parker has kinda run the "banned user" joke into the ground now.

I thought once you are banned, you are banned. Just like that one fool who posted a video of himself and gave it away that he was previously banned.
C. Lee, come on in here and lay down the law.
Yeah, I don't think the rule is "whatever happens under a probation ban, stays under a probation ban". He's gone. Unless someone clicked the wrong button again.

This is how I understand it. If you are probationary banned and use a second account (AFAIK it doesn't matter when it was made), the first account gets banned permanently and you're stuck with the second one, plus a bonus of extra ban time as a penalty. But that only applies if the one rule you broke (other than whatever you did to get probation initially) was creating a second account. If creating a second account was all you did wrong, they would just ban your old account, apply your previous probation to the new account, and likely add some time to the probation for creating the second account. Clearly KS did something more than that during his probation that caused him to get banned. Going by past history, and what other people have done, I'm assuming he threw a fit at the mods or something in PM.
Is Kevin Smith really gone now?
