Batman: Arkham Asylum 2.0

It's been 6 years already since Batman: Arkham Asylum debut and it's had quite an impact in Batman mythology .

I was so unbelievably pumped for the game, and it fulfilled all my expectations. The level before you fight Titan Joker was a real *****. I think I attempted to beat it over six times or so. The Scarecrow missions were so bloody good. Six years ago, man oh man.

The middle stick joke was great

I remembered that seeing the new trailer
Not taking me by surprise this time

When I first saw the glitch happen in the trailer I seriously thought it was connected to the recent delay, as if they some how allowed an error to be presented. I felt like an idiot when it happen again and realized it was the Scarecrow fear toxin from AA.:oldrazz:

Baker is just fantastic as Joker. It's so good to know they have him to replace Hamill for any future projects.

Loving your Joker Avatar it's a nice tribute to The Clown Prince Of Crime .:joker:

I'm sorry but I don't like that Riddler voice, good clip though.

I remember playing Arkham Asylum and walking into the morgue. Hearing that voice say "Get out", I pretty much crapped myself and tuned around and ran for my life! Lol It was a great game and really creepy at parts.

Hah one of my buddies is super wimpy when it comes to anything creepy and I remember him asking me what I thought of that aspect of the game. And I told him, yea its got a creepy vibe in parts of the Asylum, but remember that regardless of where you are in the Asylum, the scariest thing in any room, is you. You're the gotdamn Batman! He promptly ran out and purchased the game.

Haha that is so true. It was just that part that really freaked me out. The rest of the time, I kicked ass. I enjoyed the sort of free roam aspect of the game too. But that part in the morgue just gave me the creeps! The Scarecrow missions were the most intense ones for me. I kept saying "Don't see me!" xD

5 years ago yesterday. Ahh, memories. :hrt::hrt::hrt:

5 years, where does the time go?

This was the game that raised the standard to new levels for comic book based games. It blew everyone away. I remember the skepticism when Arkham Asylum was first announced. We thought it would probably be another bad Batman game. We couldn't have been more wrong lol.

Those trailers bring the feels. Still the best atmosphere in the trilogy. That Asylum gives me the creeps and puts me on edge a bit every time I go back for more. Love it.

I remember how I didn't care for this game until the ''Villains Trailer''. That totally won me. Joker's line in the end still sounds so good in the context of the trailer.

''I can take it! I can take anything you throw at me, Bats. Ready for the next round?''
How I loved that. I had to play it.
