They can finish it off with a HUGE bang then do a new Batman story in a smaller scale like AC or even AA to set up a new trilogy!

So it looks like we'll be able to use the costumes in the main story. Because Dax Ginn said that we could use the Dark Knight costume throughout the ENTIRE game.
