well it's been posted 3 times now so people should be in the know of joker fate the the harley baby issue.


And thanks to The future diaries anime, I pretty much know what a kid of the Joker would be like (and all it took was an seriously sick and abusive mother to do it for that character ) it was like a tell all book on how to create a serial killer cause most of thepeople in that series were like batman/ Dare devil villain characters. Shudders if that ever happens the only way to save that kid would be to take the kid away from them at birth, sorry to say.

Anyway every one should be in the know now.

Yeah, but evacuating the city, and thus your leverage, seems an odd way to go about it. It reeks of just using the Arkham concept again with no great changes apart from the look of things/batmobile.

It's not that he wants to cover the city in fear gas, he used the fear gas as a threat to get everyone out so he could basically own the city.

Yeah, but owning a city that has been evacuating, and thus has no functioning infrastructure, economy, intake of cash, experimental subjects, power, people to manipulate, things to buy from and people to sell to, will go down in history as one of more bloomin' stupid plans to ever be featured in a popular media. Especially with Penguin, Two-Face and Scarecrow in on it, none of whom have any real reason to attract military intervention once the whole thing blows over.

I want to see him with just one arm.
Come on, Croc must have let a big trauma on his body. Scarecrow was taken underwater by an angry Croc and he was out of fear gas. I want too see some serious damage on his body.

I expect his face to be so messed up he won't even need a mask, unless he just wants to wear one to reveal the big surprise at the end at Batman. There is so much potential to make him so scary looking since Croc had to of messed him up pretty bad.

the whole Flying aspect would have to be a big component of a Superman game.

that's perhaps the greatest "wish fulfillment" when it comes to Superman. the ability to just blast off and take to the skies.

Exactly, and I personally think the flight mechanic would be damn near impossible to nail. It would have to be on par with the swinging in Spider-Man 2. They nailed it. Until someone figures out how to do the same with Supe's flight, I say leave that game on the back burner.

I don't think the flight thing would be impossible, especially if you utilized an adjusted "slo-mo" mechanic like in GTA V for driving with Frank. Especially with the advanced physics of today, it will be easier than ever for it to look right. The pressure sensitive triggers allows for speed adjustability, and utilize another trigger to go into hover mode. Using both analogs similar to skate but in a way that makes sense for Superman.

To me, the harder thing is making satisfying combat, but I think there's a way to utilize the same attack + combo they have going on in Arkham but obviously with different animations/effects/kinds of enemies.

how about.
Hold A to hover and then RT can be like a car games, the more you push the trigger in the faster you go. Then have the the left stick move you like in the Arkham games.?

and if you're on the the ground and hold RT it can charge your flight speed (like spider man 2's jump charger) then when you hold A you burst off into a fast flight into the air.

Anyway I totally called it on how the Gotham City map will be deserted. The city has been evacuated, and the gangs, villains, and their thugs will occupy instead.

So basically it will be exactly like Origins with thugs and stuff all over the place and no civilians in sight because of the "curfew."

My other guess is if this is the end of Bruce Wayne as Batman and he will either die or pass on the mantle like in The Dark Knight Rises.

Don't forget thugs driving around, that should spice things up.
And there reason is actually pretty solid i must say.
You can't have Batman ramming into a mini van with a family of 4 in it and killing everyone by accident.

Well they did make it sound like if you graze a car it's gonna go flying like it was loaded with C4, so I can see the family of 4 concern there.

I doubt, If WB Games want this as a yearly release then I don't think it will be. I think anther studio or WBM will develop future Arkham games since RS call it quits on Batman. I don't want another guy taking mantle of the Bat. Not yet anyway.

The combat and gameplay will also feel amazing on ps4, I'm in love with the DS4 controller.

I would love if we can press the pad and Batmobile arrives or detective mode is on/off.

You mean like different Batman game that nothing to do with Arkham series but yet keep the combat/predator elements? Sure if that works why not?

Just rebooot it. Give us a different continuity. Keep gameplay the same just give us yearly new batman stories. Doesn't have to be Rocksteady

Agreed although I feel WB should let RS give Batman a rest and move onto another franchise. If WB feels Batman has to have a title then I fully support a fighter or even an Arkham style spinoff featuring a different character. They can do a modification of the Batman dies storyline with the members in his extended family banning together to protect Gotham in his absence

As much as I'd love to see a Superman based game from these guys in a similar style to the Arkham series the problem I foresee is who do you have face off against Superman that would essentially make it an even match? the only thing I can think of would be some sort of alien invasion.

I dont get why people always bring this up as some major obstacle to making a Superman game. He's had over 70 years worth of books, cartoons, movies, and even games, etc... where several creators have worked around his invulnerability. There are any number of ways to adapt this to a game. I think the actual gameplay mechanics, primarily the flying is the biggest challenge, not his strength/durability. If one can get those down, then that would be a major step in the right direction with the latter really being secondary
