Let's get back on topic then. With this being Rocksteady's final Batman game, what do you all expect to absolutely be in the game? I want Robin and Nightwing to have big and crucial roles in the game. All of Gotham is at stake, so Batman should leave his ego at the door and accept some help.

Yeah I'd like to be able to play as Robin in the open city this time. i deally Catwoman should be playable again.

Holy ****, I came to read about the game and instead sifted through like two pages of a stupid debate. I get the game was divisive but going backin forth like this in a thread for a new game is just plain dumb, take it to PM's.

I feel like that's unavoidable though. Whenever there's a discussion over a sequel game/film in a franchise, a huge part of that discussion is to bring up possibilities for improvement on things they could do better. The problem is that not everyone agrees on the specific flaws these games have and that's how the debates start. Some problems are more universally acknowledged (Bane's stupidity, Strange/Ra's/Black Mask getting the shaft, Joker being overused, etc.), but most of them vary from person to person and that's what triggers the debates.

Absolutely. Seeing as we've got all the villains teaming up for the finale then I'd love to see the Bat family come into play to assist whether it be side missions or what not. If we got to do that with Catwoman in AC then I'm hoping we can add Nightwing and Robin to that list.

i'd imagine the boss battle being something like the "On leather wings" episode of batman tas where batman grapples onto his foot and man bat flies through windows etc

I would love to see Jason Todd/Red Hood in the game along with Nightwing. I'm meh on Robin right now because honestly if its Tim cool even though he is Red Robin right now but I don't want Damian in the game, then again the games kinda have their own continuity so Robin would be ok I guess. I do want Red Hood though with all his swarmy jackass tendencies intact.

Agreed on the team work aspect. The characters are part of the canon, and he hasn't made use of much of their help previously so the final chapter would be a good place to do it. Something like Batman being captured and getting to play as Nightwing/Robin to save him would be pretty legit. Or some kind of coordinated mission addressing different aspects with the different characters like a previous user mentioned.

One of the reasons I'll be returning to Arkham City for years to come. Hopefully they're back for the challenge maps.

I really hope he's a descendent of Amadeus Arkham, but I'm glad he's not another villain or character with a new identity.

Man-Bat has been ignored long enough in the Arkhamverse. It''s about time he got his due. I've always imaging end a boss fight with him taking place entirely in the air. With him and Batman gliding and flying into each other and brawling in mid air.
