All I know is that I would love to see a live action version of Return of the Joker. That's still got one of my favorite Joker moments ever.

I think they should do a live action Batman Beyond film...Have their be 4 films in the franchise....First film Blight, second film Death Stroke, third Cobra and last Joker....If they do the Return of the Joker live action film I want a Joker who knows martial arts.

I think Beyond might be a good option once Nolan completes his trilogy - a nice breather to keep the franchise alive before they bring a new creative team in for more regular Batman films.

Director - I'd like to see David Yates tackle this. His work on the original State of Play miniseries and the last two Harry Potter pictures has been exemplary, and I feel he could strike an appropriate tone.

TERRY McGINNIS - Zac Efron (Me and Orson Welles)
Efron's an excellent actor, despite his presence in the nauseating High School Musical movies. He's getting on a bit to play a high school student, but I think he could pass for a college freshman easily.

BRUCE WAYNE - Clint Eastwood (Gran Torino)
I've no idea whether he'd want to do it, but he'd be excellent, if probably ten years older than he's supposed to be.

I'd first like to see a successful series of batman movies that show us a big part of Bruce's life, adventures and villains, and then a Beyond film. Having it now would feel like getting beyond after 3 episodes of BTAS.
Sure in the future, some bat movie is going to be crap, but the same happens to bond. Ignore it, dont let it take the franchise down, and come back with a better sequel. Keep the continuity and show us Bruce evolve as a character throughout the years.
Then we can have a Beyond film that makes sense. By the time we've had a few more batman movies to give us a more complete view on Bruce's life, Bale will have gotten old. Maybe not old enough, but maybe he could play grumpy old Bruce. It would be perfect!

Batman Beyond live action movie would be awesome. I love the concept of the show and think it'd work well as a live action film. I've been thinking they would eventually make one, especially now since they're trying to get Terry Mcginnis more in the DCU. (Mini series coming out in June.)

I just watched all the seasons recently, good stuff! I just got Return of The Joker (Uncut version) Haven't seen it in ages. I don't think I've ever seen the uncut one as well. And I agree, the Batsuit is awesome!
