He looks slimmer. Could be a result of lighting, but I'm hoping he is a wee bit smaller in the torso. Mainly in the waist line and the depth of the belly and chest. Just to streamline the look some.

Maybe Bruce decided to to cut some weight after what happened in the warehouse scene. His older age is a factor too like how he tells Alfred, "I'm getting slower in my old age, Alfred" in the final trailer. But yeah, could be the angle and lighting as some stated. The set photo looks like the same BvS Batsuit.

They should have had Batman take his cape off before he dove in. I know capes have never been all that sensible and most of the time I let the poor logic of a cape slide, but I have a particularly hard time believing he would dive in with a cape that's going to severely impede his efforts. The rest of the suit is pretty streamlined so it would act similar to a wet suit, but that damn cape is going to be a nuisance in the water.

For some reason he looked "too skinny" to me. I hope it's just how scenes were shot and angles they decided to use for a trailer. I hope he isnt looking like toothpick in this movie.

From what we've seen in the bts photos from last year, he just slimmed down a lil bit. He's still going to be imposing.

Well it would make sense. Affleck was filming The Accountant when he put in his couple of days filming for SS if I'm not mistaken so he was definitely not in BvS shape anymore. He's also I think noticeably slimmer right now than he was coming into filming BvS. I remember reading many comments about his face being fat and how pizza was going to derail him. It would make sense for the difference to translate to the suit. Plus say Jackman or Cavill you don't get the sense that Ben likes the process of getting in shape for roles at all. He's certainly not like Jackman at all so now that they've gotten his shirtless scenes out of the way in BvS and established that he was at some point built like a superhero he may not work as hard in the gym in subsequent movies. He wouldn't be the first or last.

For a moment in a quick shot that preceded this, it looked to me like he was about to glide. I was disappointed to find out he wasn't.

Me too! He's a grappling Batman still though.

And yeah, Ben's body does nowhere look like the muscle sculpt of the Batsuit, not even Henry is anywhere near it. That's indeed some serious bodybuilder physique, even the slimmed down version. Not hating on him though, years of hard work in the gym, serious dedication and some fine a** genetics are needed for that build. What I'm trying to say is that Ben's real size does not really matter; how they want to present Batman's physique comes down to the muscle suit.

Stunt double probably isn't as big as Affleck.
