Batman Elimination Game: Gotham City Locations
Attention K-Mart shoppers ...and non K-Mart shoppers too: The second wave of Not So Spring Cleaning brings notable locations in everyone's favorite crime-ridden, vigilante-patrolled city. The Batcave was left off the list because I couldn't find it on Mapquest. Therefore, I couldn't verify its existance. This bothered me at first, but after a fun-filled night at The Iceberg Lounge, I feel much better.
Basic Rules: You subtract one point from a villain you don't like and add a point onto another villain that you do like, until (much like the number of games that I'm currently out of the playoffs in my Fantasy Football league) there is only one. You can only post once in 60 minutes, meaning every 60 minutes you can vote to give everyone a chance.
Guys, please be careful with your posts. These games are subject to getting off track with missed tallies due to simple error. After your post, please check that it accurately reflects what you wanted and that no other post came through before you were able to submit yours. Also, if you see an error has been made, feel free to call attention to it or correct it yourself with another post. Thanx.
After further review, the game stands as called.
Ace Chemical Processing Inc.
The factory where the Red Hood, in an effort to evade Batman, fell into a vat of chemicals that would ultimately lead him become The Joker.
Arkham Asylum
The Elizabeth Arkham Asylum for the Criminally Insane is the primary but involuntary residence of many of Batman's foes. Criminals that are determined to be legally insane are incarcarated here.
Blackgate Penitentiary
Blackgate Island Maximum Security Penitentiary is home to an incendiary mix of Gotahm's deadliest felons. Those criminals who aren't looney enough to be placed in Arkham, yet are still high-risk, find their way here separated from the larger Gotahm Island by shark-infested waters.
Brentwood Academy
The prestigious Brentwood Academy is a privately run high school once attended by Tim Drake. With a student body of fortunate sons and heirs to foreign lands, this all-boys prep school also caters to the "problem children" of the upper crust.
The Clocktower
A tower in central Gotham that once housed the secret headquarters of Barbara Gordon for her activities as Oracle.
Crime Alley
A small side street, located in the East End, formally "Park Row." It is a dangerous, crime-infested area. This is where Thomas and Martha Wayne were murdered.
Gotham City Police Headquarters
Umm ...The building with the Bat-Signal on the roof.
Gotham University
Local academic institution and former place of employment of Professor Jonathan Crane.
The Iceberg Lounge
A nightclub in the city center operated by The Penguin. Often a less-than-legitimate business front for Penguin's underworld activities.
Robinson Park
The city’s main park. During "No Man's Land," Poison Ivy claimed this area as her own.
The Stacked Deck
A seedy nightclub frequented by the most notorious criminals in Gotham. Notably depicted in the B:TAS episode Almost Got 'Im.
Wayne Manor
Impressive home to some billionaire playboy.
Wayne Tower
The headquarters of Wayne Enterprises. Located at the corner of Finger and Broome streets.
