His intentions are good and his moral is in the right place. It depends on the person being raised to believe in him.
If a psychotic person grows up admiring Batman, thinking violence, obsession and disobeying is the only way to solve problems, then he's not a good role model for that person.
However, if someone who has strong morals, is taking the intentions to heart, like not killing, treating your fellow man with a descent and honorable approach, striving to uphold justice, and making the world a better place, no matter how small the action, then yes, he could be a good role model for that person.
