Batman: Gotham Knight- What stories do u think they will cover?

I was under the impression that they would be original stories, set in the Nolan-verse...

 

how about the Misc. Batman Films forum?

 

I think they should at least cover something about the joker, i mean its meant to be a bridge between the two films. If the joker is going to be the main villain in TDK then they should mention him somewhere in gotham knight. What i wonder is who is going to be cast to do the voices of the characters...

 

Over at 'worldsfinest' Bruce Timm posted saying that you shouldn't always trust IMDB and that they are only 'half true' - he didn't elaborate and is proabaly not allowed too.

So who knows at this stage?

 

Well I would be quite pleased to see Bale do the voice, I cant really picture anyone else but him doing it unless its connroy, but it just wouldnt fit with nolan's batworld

Maybe something with Scarecrow? It'd be cool if they could delve into his past a bit more....something with Bruce's past could be cool too. More aspects of his training, or somesuch...

 

If Christian Bale isnt available for it. Kevin Conroy would be fine for "Gotham Knight"

 

I'd love for them to both do it. Have both Bale and Conroy play Batman and the viewer can choose which audio track they want to listen to. One day they listen to Bale's voice, the next time they listen to Conroy.

But the chances of them doing that are slim to none.

There will be loads of stories about unknowns I reckon, kinda like the Animatrix, none of the characters made much sense until the films came out.

Bets are, we'll see the 'rise' of Maroni.

 

I want to see a story on Gordon and the police (and maybe Harvey Dent can be into it as well) dealing with the rising crime in Gotham, with very little Batman presence.
I would also like a story on the Scarecrow, and a story on the Mad Hatter. I think he could fit perfectly into Nolan's Bat-World, but will not likely be in any live-action film, so this is the next best thing.
Throughout all of the stories i would like little references to the rise of the Joker.

 

They won't have a Mad Hatter story, it's a shame 'cause I agree he'd work in the Nolan-Verse as well, but it'll be mainly centered on the police, Dent, and Maroni I bet.

 

bruce clearly had some degree of ability before he met ducard, so i'd like to see that maybe.

it would be good to see a story that was like "an average night in Gotham city" or something, where we just see batman out on patrol, and what he faces daily. a real showcase on the common, day to day horrors that stalk the gotham streets. muggers, killers, rapists etc. that would really give an extra dimension to the environment created already.

perhaps also a story, the type of which was fairly common in BTAS, where an average citizen (probably, but not necessarily, a kid) and how batman has effected or influenced them and their lives. perhaps a look at the myth, and how batmans methods make him appear to the average gothamite.

 

I'm sure they will introduce an important character in Batman's world and with relevance in the new movie (Catwoman maybe?)
