I'm a bit disappointed.

im having a difficult time understanding the dissapointment with vintage batman.

Vintage Batman isn't the disappointment, I just hoped for another series relating to him. This is going to be like Season 5 of The Batman, I read, a lot of the creators and writers of it are involved, and it's going to focus on the other characters. But, they could have just made a show called "DC Universe" and have episodes dedicated to different DC characters, that would be better.

This looks and sounds like cheesy nonsense but it was sort of cool to see Gentleman Ghost.

Something for the kids...it looks like an episode from Fairy Odd Parents, Batman and the Crimson Chin.

Would have like to seen a true Brave and the Bold approach...

Yeah... It can be "for kids" and be for adults as well. Like Batman TAS for example, but some kid shows are just... unwatchable.
