Saw the Multiverse Flash, Arrow and Aquaman at Target but had to pass this time around

Timeout. Are you talking about the basic 6" Aquaman or did they have a multiverse one?

yeah the full size 6 inchers not the tiny figures
Both the Basic BvS and "Multiverse" BvS figures are 6 inches. Difference is:
  • Basic has less articulation, $9.99, and comes on the blister card (i.e.: WW in pic above)
  • Multiverse has more articulation, better sculpt, $19.99, and comes in a box w/ Grapnel Gun CnC (i.e.: Batman in pic above)

Based on your pics and comments above - you saw Multiverse Flash and Arrow (with Bat ArmorCnC pieces) and basic BvS Aquaman on blister card.

Now I could be wrong and you did find the "unreleased and not even confirmed yet" Multiverse Aquaman. I would go back to the store right now and buy it. Then put it on eBay for $1000. Someone will buy it!

Vartha is confused.

The "basic line" is 6 inches. And it's a more animated, caricature style look to the characters. Less articulation. Cheap plastic capes and minimal articulation.

It's $9.99 per figure.

The "multiverse line" is 6.5 to 7 inches. And it's a more accurate, detailed representation of what we see on screen. Like Hasbro's Marvel Legends. Better articulation. Solid rubber sculpted capes. And there is a collect and connect grapple gun from the movie.

It's $19.99 per figure.

Aquaman hasn't been released yet in the adult collector multiverse line. Just the kids basic line. And he's only in the cases that go to TRU and Target. Walmart gets the case with basic Superman and Wonder Woman.

Target and TRU are the only confirmed stores to receive the multiverse Wonder Woman in their case ratios.

On the back of the multiverse besides the 4x BvS figures released it says figures 5 through 8 coming soon.

2 of those have been confirmed to be Lex Luthor and "Knightmare Batman" ... it's reasonable to assume the 2 yet to be revealed would be Aquaman and Doomsday. Hopefully.

I did just look quick just saw the Aquaman figure but not the packaging because I was just looking for the Multiverse WW. Got the one pictured at walmart

No, I just didn't know the exact size, if you missed it, I did post a pic and did measure them. WW is at 6" tall and Batman is at 6 3/8

The decision for me was going to be between the Plai Arts Kai figures or the MaFex figures. Play Arts may beat the MaFex out!

The Superman prototype looked SICK as well (with alternate heat vision head.) After wanting to stick my fingers down my throat and make myself vomit over their MoS one, Play Arts are due to make up for that with BvS Supes! Looks like they are on track to give us something amaze-balls.

:mrk: Koto delivers again! After they did the Hulk vs Hulkbuster piece I hoped they'd do one for this movie.

Koto is on fire man! I need to get a new shelving unit man. If I plan on getting this piece plus the Star Wars stuff haha.

Play arts always beats them out.

They put out nice collectibles, but I'm a Supes collector so that MoS one did nothing for me. It actually made me ill to look at. Very unappealing to the eye but it looks like they are ditching the Anime; Japanese look and going for more of the actors likeness. The BvS, especially Supes after the awful MoS, looks very promising.

Play arts is going for a very stylized approach

I prefer mafex since its trying to emulate what we see on the big screen

Man those play arts look great. But for $130 usd I can get batman, superman, and the armored batman of the mafex line.

Picked these up after paying my bills lol

I was thinking of going to look later. Where seems to be the best place (or best chance) to buy them?

Toys R Us has definitely had the largest stock/variety. Target is the only place I have found the Multiverse WW so far (I still haven't found the 6" basic one). Last I was at Walmart they had a bit. That was about a week ago though, they may have more now.

Yeah I've yet to hit Toys r us. Might do that soon tho. This area is where Walmart is based so places like Target are GREAT because nobody want to compete these Walmart don't carry

That reminds me. The other day I noticed that those Hotwheel Batman/Batmobiles are packaged differently. Some have the plastic insert molded so that the Batmobile is level with the bottom of the packaging, and some are molded so that the Batmobile is at a 45° angle. They had a bunch of both variations so it's probably meaningless, but I thought it was kinda interesting.

Lol, their stuff just keeps the quality level so high and the prices reasonable, definitely worth another shelf. :D

Yeah this one has no insert. I just got back from toys r us what they had wasn't as much as Target. They DID have a kick butt Remote Control Bat-Mobile! Tho it was $69.99 :(

With ME it's not the cost of the shelf, it's the lack of room! lol
