This is beyond beautiful. Why does every figure of Batman however show that the cape does not have the bat shaped wings at the bottom of it?

Probably because the cape really does not have scallops and it only looked like it does in the teaser trailer.

Nolans bat cape didnt really have scallops either.

I saw the suits in person at NYCC last October, and I can tell you that his regular suit DOES have scallops, but they are very shallow and subtle.

This is probably because during money shots with his cape blowing and waving, it will be CG and will have more noticeable scallops like in the trailer.

^exactly. You can see them in the tv spot from last night which is the same scene from the teaser. You can also see them on the cg model that crashed through the window.

With the Batman v Superman skin in Arkham Knight, when he glides you see the wing shape, wide scallops. I'm sure that is how it is in this movie. The fabric has a tatter too its edges, so it is probably an armored textile of some sort.
