I reckon Batman kicking the Joker in the interrogation room is their final battle. Because at that point, Two-Face is the physical antagonist.

Ignoring the idiotic post above me, I think that the final battle is when they are in the streets but I could be wrong. However, it probably isn't the very last battle we see in the movie since Two-Face is said to be a big part of the movie.
That's too bad & if he doesn't have a physical encounter with Batman, that means we see him in the third movie & he doesn't have to take up all the time so we can get two villains again.
Yet again, it's his own speculation.
well, they didnt show the final battle for Batman Begins so maybe they're not showing the final battle for Dark Knight.

What? explain that again and slow down.
Thats your speculation?
Yep, that's my idea.
Okay, Joker has evidence which he can destroy the chances for Dent to keep his career as DA. Or it could go as he has kidnapped Rachael and threatens to kill her unless Dent either drops charges of crimes against him or reveals some information he knows, such as lowering out Batman.
Bruce Wayne is right behind Harvey and tracks him to the Joker's warehouse. Upon getting there, this is actually a trick to kill Dent by scarring him with the acid. Rachael is dead, and her face carved in. Dent is scarred as he he breaks down in horror at the sight of his mutilated fiance.
Joker wants to give him a smile, so out comes the acid to carve it into his face. By this time, Batman intervenes trying to stop the acid, but actually spreads it to the left side of his face. Dent disappears in pain into the shadows. Joker's thugs are taken out, and Batman and Joker go at it for a few minutes. In the process, Batman finds Rachael and this is the most intense action seen as this is a true revenge fight.
Eventually Batman has brought in GPD and Joker is apprehended. Bruce wants to kill him, but considers true justice by putting him in Arkham.
Not bad kid, not bad at all!
