We always talk about the upgrades to Batsuit and Batmobile but I haven't seen a thread that talks about Batman's arsenal so what do you want to see in TDK?

Gadgets. Lots and lots of gadgets.

I Think Nolan avoided some of them to keep it from being Campy, but I would be surprised if we don't see more tech gear and specifically more ropes/rope batarangs etc.

A huge super hytech stove and bacon griddle for it...

also maybe a chery soada maker with it too

well, he might thermo grenades if they're having the tenement complex in the movie.

i would love to see more batarang types. also maybe the computer in the batcave with an uplink to the batmobile. Knowing that the joker is involved i would expect some kind of toxin antidote in a injection gun or a gas mask.

i think he shoudl get the computer towards the end of the film. I think it shoudl be like Mahone's office in Prison Break' with a map marking off murder scenes and him trying to make a connection and having newspaper clippings all over it. Then, he gets the computer later on blah, blah, blah. But, won't he need a turbine to power it water powered.

i'm wondering how the batcave is going to look. at the end of begins i got the feeling that they were going to spread some concrete, and try to even out the floor. but who knows. I'm just hoping that by the end of the trillogy it looks kind of like it did in Batman TAS. that was a good look.

They sould have the same kin of floring as in Burton's cave you knwo in 89. Hey, if they kept it the saem as they do now will they get trench foot.

I'm quite sure I'm a minority voice, but for me less is more.

Give me a Batman whose crime computer is between his ears, and his arsenal is limited to what he can reasonably attach to his belt, the contents of which he may vary depending on the needs and the focus of his targeted mission.

The Bat-Cave contains a crime lab, a workshop, and of course a gym.

that is the way that alex ross sets him up and it works really well.

what the batman needs is to learn from his mistakes.

He needs an upgraded grapple cannon.

the gun is too big and he could only fit one on his belt. That is a big No No in gotham city. Imagine if he didnt get his hands on the grapple gun when those people surronded him. That wouldve been all she wrote for gotham city.

solution: Mr Fox needs to get to work on a new more compact version of the gun. where he can fit at least four on his belt just incase he loses one or two. I would also like a better explination of the wire the gun uses. In the movie BB he says its a monafilament that is a very thin wire but when he uses the gun on flask and hanging from the train its as thick as my wrist need an explination.

He needs an upgraded ride.

He needs to find a way that the tumbler can drive itself. What if Gordon was'nt around to attack the train that wouldve been all she wrote again for gotham.

Better batarangs

sleeker costume

BIGGER CAVE!!!!!!! BIGGER HOUSE!!!!!

THE CAVE
Okay good for a beginning movie but I want a huge expansion of the cave to get an idea of where things are going to be in the future. It would be cool if they had a scene in TDK where bruce stubles on to new areas in the cave. For him to find a mini lake in the cave where boats gonna be etc. For a taste of things to come.

The House.
Aright I know his house was huge but it did'nt look like it from outside.
And I know he lives by the water because there is a freakin waterfall in his cave. But when they show his houses view its straight up green grass as far as the eye can see. Maybe the water is on the other side

Bigger cast.

An ending appearance of Ra's al Ghul would make me very happy.

yeah, taht woudl be good for the beginning. But, they shoudl have the batcomputer. But, not all hightech like BF because i had no idea what most of the stuff was there for.

i wonder if he will get the cpu through applied sciences or if it will be a home made cpu. I hope one change in this movie is a shift from Lucius making most of the tech to bruce learning how to make his own tech.

I second that.

Definatly more usage of the batarangs and upgraded effects of them. Also, I'm a stickler for the grappling hook. So I wanna make sure we see lots of that baby over the glider usage.

LEAVE THE BATMOBILE ALONE! I <3 the tumbler with all my heart and sole. I've already concluded from released pics/info they're gonna blow it up, but please, just get him a newer version that looks the same, maybe a little more sleeker/stealthly and is water-capable as well.

I would like to see a nightvision-esque type thing installed in the cowl like in the comics and at the end of forever. That makes more sense than having it in the belt, cuz it fits better.

On that note, i'd like to see the suit have some suprise fuctions that can get controlled by devices on his belt. Maybe like a shock factor, where as if a bunch of enemies swarm him all at once the suit lets off a large electric shock to knock them all down. Kinda like the gloves but on a larger scale. He could always easily insulate himself with something inside the suit. But I have no idea how electricity travels through graphite cowels lol.

What, is he the Electric Eel or is he Batman?

A proliferation of gadgets is a slippery slope towards eventual absurdity.

i was wondering if his memory cloth cape started flipping out when rachel tazered him.

I think people want batman to have an arsenal similiar to The Batman cartoon. He had all those stuff including a grapling gun attached to his wrist both of them so he dont have to take it out from his belt all the time. His belt also implemented biometrics meaning it only opens up to him.

the current never got past the two contact points when it hit his chest. his suit was basically invulnerable to electricity..

Being a self-professed Bond geek (most evident in his Q-like Lucius Fox), I'd be surprised if Nolan didn't deliver more gadgets.

Of the top of my head, I'd like to maybe see -

-A batarang equipped with a listening device (although, after Begins, I don't know how useful this would be; his cowl's microphone seems to have very good range for spying on convos)

-Tracking devices, maybe attached to a batarang or something he could throw to attach to a moving vehicle.

-Miniature flashlight

-Smoke/gas pellets (Ra's showed him how to use smoke as a distraction, how come that never went anywhere? a cut scene perhaps?)

-Gasmask/rebreather

-Retractable lenses for night/binocular vision (he gave his periscope to the kid!)
