I think Go Go died pretty quickly in Kill Bill. Miho can win at a distance, just by throwing ninja stars or shooting Go Go with the bow and arrow. Remember, Miho has stelth. I don't think Go Go has patience. All Miho has to do is wait for Go Go to go drinking and then BLAM! It's all over for Go Go.
