Darth Maul should win easily. Grievous just took up screen space in Ep III and was nowhere near as deadly as he was meant to be.

Supposedly the Grevious in the cartoon was an uber badass, taking out many Jedi, but based on the flick Maul only has to ignite one side of is double saber to take this.

This may possibly be the best battle that I've thought of and it should rack up a bit more votes than usual, hopefully.

James Bond (Daniel Craig)

This battle is a straight slug fest. They are both exceptional fighters, though I think that Jason Bourne has the edge in fighting skill. No guns or other weapons are allowed. They are both quick and agile. Casino Royale took place very much in the real world, so nobody can say that Bond and Bourne can't be compared because their world's are too different. DO NOT LET BIAS GET IN THE WAY OF YOUR VOTE!!

the new Bond might be tough, but lets see how well he fights when he has a pen shoved into his knuckles and is beat down with a rolled up magazine.
Bourne can turn household objects into deadly weapons, something I have never seen Bond do.
