If I go out to brunch, eggs Benedict.
Lately, I've been making egg sandwiches.
I do like to make scrambles with spinach and tomatoes, diced avocado on the side and a slice of toast.
Saturday I went to a French restaurant for brunch and tried blood sausage, poached eggs basquaise with polenta and a tasty tequila based cantaloupe cocktail.
