Infinity War, better pacing and one of the best ever superhero battles with GOTG, Iron Man,Dr Strange and Spidey vs Thanos.

Definitely, nothing in Endgame came close for me, even the final battle.
I don’t think the Endgame final battle was that amazing, but the arrival of all the heroes and armies during the portals sequence really did deliver for me. That and Cap picking up and using Mjolnir. 2 amazing moments in film history with the best audience reactions I’ve seen. Thor arriving with Stormbreaker in IW also got similar reactions.

Got to agree on the Endgame final battle, find it slightly disappointing personally. But the portals scene got me more than the Mjolnir scene I have to say.

People don’t tend to cheer at the cinema here in Liverpool. Just everywhere else lol.

The final battle in Endgame had some great moments for sure like the Portals sequence, Cap with Mjolner or Scarlet Witch taking on Thanos, but The Titan Battle in IW is still superior in every way IMO.

You also have a pretty awesome scene before it as well with Thor arriving in Wakanda which was just icing on the cake. Also, finally seeing Thanos use those IW stones in so many different combinations was dope as hell.

The whole third act of IW is just EPIC, but the NY Battle in TA is still my favorite MCU battle period, because at least back then we got to see Hulk be a badass which was sorely missing in both IW and Endgame.

For me, Endgame wasn't about Portals or the AA shout, the best moment of all for me was the end scene and the reunion, it just made the whole film for me, those closing seconds, from the move-in shot, up the path, through the window..... :-)

Yeah I agree with that as well. Out of all the MCU films that ending Endgame definitely hit me the hardest emotionally, especially the bits with Tony and Cap which was just brutal IMO. The first two times I saw the movie I was struggling keeping those tears in check and just couldn't by the end of it.

Avengers. Again, defining blockbuster of the 21st century.

Re: Endgame, in some ways I would say its a lot like the first Avengers. It has an especially long first two acts, with some oddly structured elements by typical movie standards, all in service of a single goal: the final act blowout payoff. And it does indeed payoff, big time, so I'd say any oddities in pacing were ultimately worth it.

TDK still gets my vote as well, but no matter what movies were going to be in this round it wouldn't have mattered anyways, because TDK still reigns supreme over all other comic-book/superhero movies IMO.

So this is one three way battle that won't end in continuing as another match after it ends?

We're all certain which movie will survive this round, and it certainly earned its keep, buuuuut I will give a pity vote and do @MessiahDecoy123 's famous c-c-c-combo breaker by saying AVENGERS.

Infinity War is so well executed. Especially the suspense, action and Thanos.

For example, when Tony Stark goes outside after visiting Dr. Strange and there's complete chaos in the streets you really feel like it's an invasion and the grim reality sets in, there are only a few people who stand between Thanos and Earth's population. It's such a dark, suspenseful movie with some of the best action scenes ever made. And unlike most MCU films the movie is a nonstop rollercoaster. All three acts are truly great.

Thanos also remains one of the best villain portrayals. Centering the film around Thanos was a masterstroke. And the Gamora/Thanos scenes pack an emotional punch. Which kinda gets overlooked in this action epic.

I love Avengers but Winter Soldier and Infinity War are by far the best MCU flicks.

So yeah, I vote for IW.

Also, when the Guardians are at Knowhere sneaking up to the Collector and Thanos, you get that feeling that one wrong move could be catastrophic. Quill doing everything he can to stop Drax from getting to Thanos is a nail bitter every time i watch it.
