The Dark Knight Behind the scenes look @ the dark knight on the today show right now!!!

Very interesting. Thank goodness for some footage.

And thanks to the admirable poster who put up the link.

Damn, I'm always the last guy who finds out the days news. Great interview; I'm glad we finally got to see some actual footage of BatMan, Roker did a good job of giving the interview (but I hate when they put the fake Joker pic of Viedt in it; idiots), and last we actually got to see Eckart in action as Harvey.

Happy Day!!!:woot:

finally back from work!!!im happy you guys have seen it online now. i been trying to browse threw reactions but damn @ 34 pages LOL i see a lot of nit piccing...personally i love the new suit (even in the light.) to be honest i loved every bat suit from every movie because they were all different and distinct in their own ways minus nipples (BECAUSE IM A TRUE BATMAN FAN!!). im jus happy we all finally saw tad bits of motion of the movie!!

p.s. shame on their lazy workers that got the wrong joker pic!!!

I think once Wayne is in the suit, he fully shifts into Batman mode, regardless of who he's talking to. It would be "awkward" in a way to see him talking in his regular voice in the suit.

Same here. I think when he is wearing the costume, he become someone else & his voice change.

I like how Al Roker(sp) didn't realize how deep Batman was until Bale goes into his deep character analysis. Also how Roker(sp) didn't really seem to care.

Al Roker's a funny guy. ...Well, sometimes. But yeah, you could tell that he doesn't know jack about Batman, and that he'd just read about the ending of Batman Begins and didn't personally know much about it. lol

it looked like nobody on that show gave two shakes of a lambs tail ( i know wrong time to use that expression but I want to ) about the movie. They were just talking about how hot Bale is, even though Bale gave that deep analysis of Bruce which surprised me.

not erybody is going to be into batman. its personal prefrence. them chics are sophisticated rich birds if u know wat im sayin. they could care less about batman..they rather sniff coke off sum1s u know what if u catch my drift...

Oh ya I know, I gave a lecture on Graphic novels and it was like preaching to a wall. People don't care, and on critical feedback some wrote, an uninteresting topic.

The best part is Al Roker saying: *ahem*

"So in the last movie you got rid of the homicidal......uh......villain......the guy....that was killing a whole bunch of people....and then the card..with the uh......um.....Joker on it.....cou...could ya tell us about that"

Great stuff Al

its crazy because i gave a lecture on batman one time for english comp 2 (college course) and erybody enjoyed it and the feedback was great. the crowd was mixed...black people, white people, spanish people, gangsters, punk rockers etc AND mostly erybody loved batman!! i also did another report in psych 1 on bruce's dual identity crisis and the teacher was infactuated..she didnt know batman was so deep..she asked me to lend her all the dvds so she could watch LOL

You didnt give her the schumacher ones.......right?

well i didnt give her b&r but i did give her forever because that really focused a lot on that psych aspect...

Ya, actually a good portion was interested but the other portion was text messaging and crap, you know that dreaded sound of a sidekick flipping open during a speech is annoying.

I just laughed out loud.

Why dont you get a job, Al? Insider trading? Corporate takeovers? Just joking.

B&r was good too in its own way BUT (BIG BUTTTT) you have to look @ it as a cartoon flicc brought to life with no depth perception on the characters what so ever!

believe me, its nothing close to how i would make (or how i would want) a batman movie at all. but its there so why not think lightly, watch it for the stunts and laugh @ the corneyness and enjoy the damn thing, why? because its batman!!!

one thing we can all agree on besides anything though is that it should never have been made.

i think the burtons were great and that we are really on the right track now with nolans. the only way that we can out do this current trilogy is if we get a directior that can medium both burtons and nolans world into one.

B&R is good if you want to go back to the Adam West days. Hell those cheesy ass one liners crack me up cause they are so lame.

Besides the manip they did for Joker--seriously, as a future journalist and a Batman fan it pisses me off when they don't look for the facts--that was f**king awesome.

Yeah, if you keep in the back in your head that Batman and Robin is just a big, "flamboyant" homage to the old school Batman show, you might find it mildly entertaining..

B&R is good in the same way that Snakes on a Plane is good; it's so bad its good!
