No, Ultimate Carnage isn't even a person, let alone Cletus. It's just a mindless entity. That's what my original point was to DACMAN, that Ult Carnage has no personality, and is not as entertaining to read as 616 Carnage.

You know what's weird? Carnage's dialogue sounds really similar to Sabretooth right there. You just switch around "Sonny boy" and "Daddy Dearest" and I'd swear it was copied out of one of the late 80s/early 90's Wolverine issues where Sabes still thought he was Wolverine's dad.

Any who, I actually like Carnage, I just think he got too overexposed. In small doses, he's a great villain. Same with Venom.

I hate that I'm doing this, but I agree with you. I love Carnage, but he isn't witty. He's just suppose to be death incarnate. They did that much better with the Ultimate Carnage.

I think people hate Carnage way more because he was shoved down our throats so much during the 90s. He's an okay villain that was made bigger then he should have been.

I don't like either 616 or Ultimate. That was one interpretation Bendis should have knocked out of the park but in the end I was just like "meh."
