Off the top of my head...

The best of all is the Journey into Mystery scene from Batman.

"I want you to tell all your friends about me...." scene, from Batman dropping into the background to him leaping away down the alley.

The Penguin's speech to his penguins, "It's time to punish all of Gotham!"

The Joker's entrance, "I've been dead once already" scene.

Robin meeting Batman for the first time in the Batcave.

"I am Catwoman, here me roar."

The pre-credits scene of Batman Returns, and the wonderful music.

The Batmobile driving up a wall to escape an explosion in Forever.

Bruce and Selina at the Maxsquerade ball.

Great scene, I remember seeing it at the theater and I was when Batman took that shot, and then the whole scene goes with that all batmanish stuff and ends with that badass "I'm Batman", totally awesome.
I went several times to the movie theater and this scene gave me chills everytime I saw it. Classic.
