Best DCAU Original Villains

So I was watching some clips on youtube got to thinking about all the various original villains created by Timm and Co.

Harley Quinn was fun. Inque was badass. Blight was cool and Mercy Graves was a nice addition.

What are some of your favorites?

i have to say Harley Quinn ..
she is the only one that was givven a propper story.. its just too bad no one has ever managed to to make her shine in the comics

That was one of the most badass moments in that show.

Anyways, I think Blight, Harley and the guy who could control the Golem in Batman Beyond were my favorite villains.

Harley, just because she was so good she was reverse imported into the regular DC universe.

I also liked the Terrific Trio from Batman Beyond, Baby Doll from Batman TAS and the mutant Jokerz gang from Return of the Joker (especially the Walken-talking "Scarecrow" guy).

I loved Harley Quinn, Mercy Graves and DCAU's Brainiac.

though I know they were sort of a take on the Crime Syndicate, but they actually made for pretty interesting villains. Could've been developed a little more, but still good.

Brainiac. The name may be the same as the comic villian but Timm did him in a whole new way that is easily the best incarnation of the character we've ever seen.

Captain Cold can survive outside the cold, Mr. Freeze cannot.
He was in the 60's Batman show three or four times.
