No.

Though his appearance changes from movie to movie. But that's just because each film doesnt exactly stay true to what came before it.

Coolest Jason was Hodder in Part 7. Just a huge badass in that movie. I agree with what the other dude said earlier in this thread, that if the Jason from Part 7 had been in Part 6, it would have been the ultimate F13 movie.

Excluding the new one, I'd have to say Parts 3 and 4 . However, including the new one, he is fantastic in the new one. So the new Jason ranks up there with the other Jason's as well. Derek brought something great to he character like Richrd Brooker, Ted White, Kane Hodder, etc, did. Though, human Jason is my favorite, Kane also played a great Zombie Jason, might I add. Perfect choice for Zombie Jason

I mostly like everything from parts 3 up to Freddy Vs. Jason. I haven't seen the new movie yet but will probably just wait until it hits DVD/Blu-Ray.

Although it gets a bad rap for having a fake Jason, I've always had a soft spot for Friday The 13th part 5: A New Beginning. It had a few great kills in the movie from a guy getting a road flare stuck in his mouth "how painful" to a girl getting her eyes cut out with a pair of hedge clippers ect.

Probably part 6 ... imo the most solid Friday film.

But special mention goes to the last 10 minutes of part 7 .... when the mask fall off ... WOW!

Part 6 is my favorite too, at least in terms of story. Jason vs. Tommy is a great rivalry, and I wish it lasted a few more films. Maybe they can remake Tommy in the new ones.
