There have been threads before, but I don't think there's been one in quite a few years. At least not that I remember. Either way a new one couldn't hurt.
Anyway, it's a tough call for me between Iron Man and The Avengers (both Thanos and shawarma), but I might just have to give it to the old faithful:

It's the one that started it all. It was also the ballsiest move on their part because at that point, they didn't know if Iron Man would even be successful enough to spawn a sequel, much less an Avengers film. I'll never forget how much seeing Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury blew my mind.
I've enjoyed most of the post credit scenes, but the ones I find to be on the lower end of the spectrum are usually the scenes transplanted from future films, like the Thor scene at the end of Iron Man 2, the Civil War scene at the end of Ant-Man or the Ragnarok scene at the end of Doctor Strange. The only exception I'll make is the Avengers trailer at the end of Captain America: The First Avenger. I liked that trailer better than the first official teaser that came a few months later.
