In the same issue as the x box mag with potential halo 3 spoilers, there was a four page interview which revealed how truly fantastic the ai is and how it will truly be an emotional experience. and how its making me think how to play already.
The big daddy/little sister relationship is well known, but it goes even beyond the protector role...if the big daddy is killed, the little girl weeps over his body, and when she tries to get back to her hiding place she cant because she is too small to reach it, and is more or less doomed to die at some of the mutated inhabitants of the undersea world.
It made me feel strangely compelled to try and avoid killing the big daddy becaus eeven in a game id feel bad about leaving this girl helpless to die.
Also, it mentions that just about everything in the game is useable and that the physics will be better than HL2...''not because of a gravity gun, but because thats how you expect things to work in a real enviroment.''
THIS game is the future, folks. forget crysis, forget almost every other upcoming fps.
