Blue Dragon -- three DVDs or 30 Gb uncompressed oh yeah baby forget blu-ray

Oh my...

I was jok...

And since you may be wondering, I'm a Microsoft fan - my favorite console is XBOX 360 although I know Microsoft's faults and I'm not afraid to admit them..

I don't blame her, I like her.
But so the **** what if a game uses more than 1 disc?
Ugh, stupid thread.

Like I said, I like more disks for some odd reason, those were the great Playstation days.

I miss the days of DOS games...

"Please Insert Disc 17 of 33"

Some of my favorite games are multiple disc so bring on Blue Dragon :woot:

I think it's the prerendered CGI and not the actual game content that's taking up all this space. If Japanese developers ditch the habit of cramming so many uncompressed cinematics and instead, use the game engine to render cutscenes like Western developers do, multiple discs for a game would be a non-issue. I mean, honestly, if we can get such massive games as Gears of War and Oblivion on a single disc...

Well, that's why the 360 is getting an internal HD-DVD drive next year

The most hilarious part is nobody gives a ****.

Way to show you're a tool, Zen.

No Blue Ray isn't worth it right now, but the notion that no games this gen would be needing the space BR has is obviously false.

Seriously you're ****ing ******ed and the biggest proof of that was how you argued with vijillo like either of you were either relivant or proving anything. Thanks for proving my point and reacting exactly how I knew you would when I made the thread.

I have absolutely no problem using multiple discs

So here's the point of the thread:

1) Because I was suprised to hear that BD was using up so much space

and the title was the way it was because

2) I copied it from the OP

and figured

3) I bet I can predict who responds how when I check it at work later for great justice (i'm really bored) =\

Zenien, don't be mad at me. I'm not really commenting that much, heck, I'm not arguing :csad:

Ok. :csad:

So anyway, is the BD team encoding their movies in HD? That's probably the cause of the 3 disc thing right? THough Resistance doesn't have FMVs (Does it?) and it is apparently over the DVD limit while using compresion isn't it? So what's the deal.

Sorry guys I'm really tired and irratable. :o

I'm ******ed? Oh?

The biggest proof against your credibility there would be that you failed to spell 'relevant'. Look it up some time. :o

If you want to make a thread addressing the fact that Blu-Ray-like space was actually needed for this generation, that's G-R-E-A-T. But posting some snarky-ass thread in the middle of the '360' forum to try to rub MS fans' noses in it is just as stupid as my response.

You're cool in my book, Z.

I really don't have a "Cool People Book," though. :csad:

I have this awesome Sherlock Holmes book.
Two, actually.

Sherlock Holmes is great an' all, but any H.P. Lovecraft book/short story is better. :D

Heheheh, Blas, maybe you should get Holmes to get that ****ing book I told you about :cmad:

*cry forever and evaarr*:(
