Well the person who told me it's fact works at Marvel and is a name you know.
BTW Alba is talking FF3 again:

You know, it probably makes sense that the rights are bundled. When the German speculator got Roger Corman to produce that low budget gem of a film to keep the rights he turned around and sold them off to Fox, it would seem as if they got the rights to Surfer the same time, unless they had purchased Surfer seperately on their own and bought up the FF to complement that.
Anyway it is good to hear Alba talking FF3 again, I love this girl. She was out promoting this film in Germany last time I saw her. She deserves a medal.
She is not pretentious at all, she is putting an effort into the film and the franchise and giving it her all.
I just love that.
By the way there is a rumour out there that Cash did not want to commit and that that is the real reason they split.
I don't know Cash but that seems impossible to believe given that they looked so happy, man hollywood is a tough place.
All I can say to Cash is life goes on buddy, and you will survive we hope.
Seriously Hollywood is tough on romance.
Ok, back to boxoffice, I guess that is it then. We made it by the skin of our teeth.
We broke even.
Hurray.
