One of my favorite seasons. One of my favorite moments was the reveal of what kind of "demon" Glory was. Definitely a jaw dropper.

It was a great "oh s***" moment, where Buffy realizes what she's up against, and that she might actually not stand a chance against Glory...such a great season.

I saw news that Andy Hallett and it's a tragic loss. He was a talented actor and singer as well.

33 is way too young to die and if they ever brought back Angel on television it would be weird never seeing Lorne again. RIP Andy. :csad:

Dude your an ass hole!!!!!!! **** April Fools!!! I got soooo excited

BTW, don't know if anyone knows here, but Hulu has seasons 1-3 online if anyone is interested. :)

I'm watching Angel on Hulu right now and it's reminded me that Angel was the BEST TV show to have ever aired. Better than Buffy even.

A lot of that had to do with the supporting characters. When you think about it they had the best development and changed through the course of every episode. My favorite transformation of a character has to be Wesley in all honesty.

He went from being the weak, embarassing, and awkward individual to the ultimate badass rogue demon hunter that kicked ass.

So after re-watching the 3rd season, I can say for sure it's my fave and possibly the best one.

It has everything you can ask for from a modern time supernatural show. I'd love to get in a more indepth bump, but don't really know how to go about how much this season's stories, characters, and dialogue worked so well together. Lately the Prom episode has been stuck in my head and it just still gets to me the speech that Jonathan(one of the Three Geeks from Season 6 and from the first couple of seasons) gives for the school, is still very touching.

Wesley rocked! I loved his transformation. Cordelia's was also fantastic

I'd like a crossover film.
Same here. The two franchises started as one, so if they manage to miraculously get a movie greenlit, they ought to bring them back together. That'd be a story worthy of a movie.

Except there is barely anyone from Angel to bring over. Even if they ignored the comic, Angel/Illyria/Spike are the only ones who would appear. Everyone else is dead. Which is what I hated about Angel, Angel is the only standing charecter from the beginning to survive. All of his teammates are dead.

That's what ghosts are for. Ghost Wesley was one of the better parts of the season six comic.

And I'm sure they can bring in Cordelia somehow. We'll have no Lorne though, but going by the Angel series finale, he wanted no part in the fight.

Well, they could still throw in others. Gunn is [blackout]still alive and back to normal after LA was reset, but just not recovered yet.[/blackout] Conner is certainly still around and I'm sure would willingly help his father out. They could even pull in some of the more tertiary characters like Gwen, werewolf Nina, Kate, or Groo. And who wouldn't want to see Betta George in live action? :p

Angel, Spike, Illyria, ghost Wesley (freed from Wolfram & Hart manipulation, of course), Gunn (not a vampire), Lorne, Conner, and throw in Gwen, Nina, and Kate while you're at it. Cordy could appear too, since being dead certainly hasn't stopped her from appearing so far.

A new version of Buffy The Vampire Slayer is being planned for the big screen, claims The Hollywood Reporter.
Fran Rubel Kuzui, who holds the rights to the franchise, has announced that she is hoping to resurrect the character with Vertigo Entertainment without the involvement of creator Joss Whedon.
"It was [Vertigo's] interest in taking Buffy into a new place that grabbed us," she explained.
"Everything has its moment. Every movie takes on a life at some point and this seems like the moment to do this."
Kuzui added that she has not ruled out the possibility of inviting Whedon to participate, but confirmed that the movie will have no connection to the TV series and that supporting players including Angel, Willow, Xander and Spike will not be involved in the plot.
Whedon, who wrote the script for the 1992 movie starring Kristy Swanson, later revived the character for the highly successful cult series of the same name. The show, which starred Sarah Michelle Gellar, ran from 1997 until 2003.

Haha, that's like 99% certain to suck.

I started watching Angel again. I'm on "I Will Remember You" now. I've always thought it got better once Wesley came along, and I still think that's when it really began hitting its stride, but it was good right from the start. I hadn't noticed how much Boreanaz grew as an actor on the show, either. He lacks some of the confidence and swagger he has as Angel in later seasons.

That's because the writers couldn't think of anymore ways to make the series :boba:DARK DARK DARK:boba:, so they just started killing people. It got old, fast.
