Burn Notice

That was unbelievably good. It's a damned shame Victor had to die. :( I can only imagine how much butt Michael and Victor would have kicked, if they got to team up more.

Is it summer yet?

I want to have sex with this show.

...Is that wrong?

not if you dont let me watch :o

Anyway I just finished watching the episode, my God that was an awesome ending . I thought the Michael killing victor scene was pretty touching, esp when Mike tears up a little. Im calling it now , but I can see at the end of season 3 Michael will finally reconsider Mahoney's offer ( much to the displeasure of Fi and Sam)

One of my favorite eps ever. I miss Victor already :(

Yeah...:(

I was hoping they'd do the thing where Micheal leaves Victor, and blows up the boat.

Then Victor can show up next season (because he escaped before the explosion) to help Mike.

Mike + Victor and Sam + Fi.

More eps with those two teams would've been perfect.

wow, the finale was one of my favorite episodes.

i'm almost surprised the show is still as good as it is.

bring on season 3!

TWO WHOLE SEASONS, and not one fail of an episode!

The writers deserve a raise!

The whole cast!

...just not too much of raise. Don't want them to price themselves out of production.

What's funny though, is that this show is probably one of the cheapest types of series to make out there right now, since all the effects are physical. That reassures me that the show has a great chance of being around for a good, long time.

I just love how everyone during the first season was afraid of how long they would string along the question of who burned him.... and here we are at the end of season two, we know who did it.... why they did it.... and we still can't wait to see what happens next.

Yeah, the next season should be fantabulously awesome if all of Michael's old enemies come calling. I wonder if the nameless organization will still factor in or if they're going to be true to their word and leave Mike alone.

I'm sad Victor died. Carla, too, although not as much in her case. Victor was a really fun character and it was nice to see Michael Shanks outside of the context of Stargate. He gave Victor a pretty frayed, crazy edge that worked really well alongside Michael's cool-as-a-cucumber exterior. The team-up was fun, but I understand why they offed Vic. He's the anti-Mike. If he sticks around and they go all buddy-buddy, it dilutes the character and eventually I'd probably get sick of him.

I still can't believe that Victor was telling the truth about his wife and kid.... that was the most shocking thing in the finale. The truth was actually told by his character!

Haha, yeah, my immediate reaction to his story was, "Pff, bulls***."

I even stayed skeptical when he found the pictures. I think my response was, "I saw Judge Dredd! I know what's going on!"

Fantastic finale. Almost felt like a series finale because the Burn Notice of season one and two is finished. Season three is going to be something completely new. I. Love. This. Show.

Ok so no one has mentioned the huge shocker of the finale, the sunglasses.:word: Heh, no really.
Michael's sunglasses are somewhat iconic, I mean he always had them, it was like his own version of a "cape". When he made the decision to leap out of the helicopter (zomg), he left them.

I thought that was just a spectacular touch. Just a way of showing him leaving it all behind, being totally isolated. Maybe I'm crazy but why else would they focus the camera on it. Ahhh, this show is glorious. :yay:

Hmm...maybe when Micheal's forced to go back to the guy that burned him, he'll give him the glasses back. Sort of a symbol, "You're under my thumb again."

Two things:

One - I actually halfway expected The Manager to toss Michael's glasses after him.

Two - I have this fleeting belief that somehow, Michael will get his glasses back next season. I mean, why focus on them? (Besides showing him "leaving it all behind," as you said.)

I do hope he manages to get them back. Sounds ludicrous, but his glasses are practically a character on the show.

You know what would rock.... new glasses!

:cmad:

Or at least a running gag where he keeps trying to find the new glasses.... and they always end up broken. And once he does the inevitable joining the unnamed agency... he gets them back.

Hey just want to know from you guys, which was your fav ''character'' michaels has portrayed in season 2, I think mine would have to be ''Jackson'' .
