Just got renewed:

Royal Pains will return for two additional runs of 13-episodes each, getting a 26-episode order for seasons five and six. The move comes as the cabler is prepping a two-hour TV movie, Off-Season Greetings, revolving around the upcoming nuptuals between Evan (Paulo Costanzo) and Paige (Brooke D'Orsay) slated to air Dec. 16.

Can't believe Royal Pains has ended could have been better & great to see a certain favorite character back but it was tacked for the sake of doing so. They could have aged all the kids at the end with different actors it just didn't look like 3 years had went by.
