Burton's Batman 3 would probably mean no Schumacher take over of the series and no Batman Begins....however, I have no doubt a more realistic version of Batman would have occured around this point anyway, as it's the style at the moment (see Casino Royale, Jason Bourne, etc).
Wise statement, sir!I imagine Burton still would not have placed Robin in the film.
Blend the Gotham of BR with the Gotham of B'89. William's returning as Dent and Robin Williams as Riddler would have been superb choices IMO.
But alas, it's only a dream. We were only able to see Burton take on 2 Batman films, but they were excellent while they lasted.
That's cool, I like it!Conceptual art for my vision
The prof Van Helsing is yet another great Anthony Hopkins performance, I don't get tired of it, hence the nickname, hehe! lol@your play on words with forever. As for the statement, I called it official because Burton clearly talks about his improbable return for a third film in his BR commentary. When the end credits start rolling, he lets it in the vague but jokingly says that fans are grateful we never had his third Batman because they would have to listen to another of his DVD commentaries. He sai that he had a few talks but was stopped quickly. I haven't watched BR in a long time, I should now since it's my traditional Christmas movie, hehe! So if anyone has the precise quotation of him, you can add here to not make me look like a fool who doesn't care, haha!Mr.E.Nygma, seeing we're nickname relatives of sorts, what do you refer to as an 'official statement on the DVD'?
i agree wholeheartedly on whiny parents and 'soccer moms' as someone called them. it's such a shame that we never got to see a 'serious' contnuation of the story.
psychological Batman is dead forever ... haha ... on film, im afraid, seeing as the Nolan films dont really care much for the concept of subtext (art student crap and such... )
That's cool, I like it!
