I think their point was just that you can't hang your expectations on what people think when they just got to have a blast at a premiere and see celebs and whatnot.

Which is fair. But that also doesn't mean that they're necessarily wrong in saying that it's great. It just means, you know. Have fun with the reactions, but don't get carried away. You'll have to decide for yourself when you see the movie. And so will I. I'm sure I'll enjoy it, though. I loved MoS. How I'll feel about everything specifically, I won't know for another week.

Look, we already know that the embargo lifts on Tuesday night, so we won't be getting any critic reactions and reviews till then. So isn't it obvious that till then we'll have to pass the time checking out reactions from fans who've seen the film? Wasn't that the very purpose of the "early twitter reaction" thread? Do we really need people to insult our intelligence by continuously telling us to temper our expectations beecause these early reactions can be misleading?

I swear this **** only happens with this film. Really gets on my nerves.

People are f***ing morons is what's happening, positive reactions to a screening are not a reason to get worried. And wild assumptions about what one single poster here said, who may or may not have even seen the film at all, are not a reason to get worried. Yes, premiere screening reaction tweets are not conclusive, but that doesn't mean people should do something so unbelievably stupid as taking postive reactions as a bad sign.
