The Dark Knight Call Sheet info for this week

He probably just throws a tantrum because he wants to be Batman.

I have no idea to be honest, maybe in disgust that Dent helps Batman or something.

Either Batman is framed in this movie, and Gordon is convinced of Batman's guilt, or he loses faith in Batman for whatever reason, and destroys the signal.

I think it might be in anger if the rumours are true that the possible fake wannabe Batman gets killed. Maybe Gordon hears about his death and gets pissed because he doesn't know it's the fake that died.

So he just throws a tantrum on the signal roof? Most be where he deals with his issues :woot:

More like in desperation. He hears of his death and angrily destroys it thinking that it's pointless to keep the damn thing around. My other idea was that he is destroying it to keep Batman away from a trap.

dang readin that got me more confused on who Reese is...or better yet who AMH is...i was thinkin AMH is either Riddler or the faux Batman...now it could be that Reese could be faux Batman or Riddler...DAH!!! its too much!!!

lol

So you're saying there are not a group of vigilante batmen running around??

-Gordon smashes the batsignal in disgust with Harvey Dent as a witness.

-I've heard conflicting reports about the fake Batman NOT being in the film as well as the fake Batman being real. Who knows at this point.

-Break in at R&D is probably real as well.

So you're saying there are not a group of vigilante batmen running around?? Where are these "conflicting" reports coming from, as far as I know it's basically official that there are a group of vigilantes based on both the sides and filming reports.

Do we know if there is a SINGLE vigilante running around, a group of faux batmans running around... and is there any truth that this is connected to the League of Shadows like some fool said on Slashfilm's site???

i could see the fake batmans happening. escalation and all that.

plus, one of them going nutso ape**** could be a motive for gordon smashing the batsignal.

I was under the impression there where a group of vigilantes, until milkman said that there were conflicting reports

Whoops, I think I meant 260. I'm not sure how many there are to be honest - I'm just going on what Agentsands said.

I don't know how many scenes remaned in the movie, but the Batman Begins shooting script featured 316 scenes. Even with 316 scenes it's only about 128 pages... usually page numbers are a better measurement of running time. In most cases 1 page is approximately 1 minute - but not always, like action scenes run quicker for example. Regardless, it is likely The Dark Knight, is about 130 pages as well since the scene numbers are about the same as Batman Begins.

The copy I have most matches this one

Who is this Lau character and what significance doe he/she have?

He's an Asian accountant that seems to have ties to the mob, and Dent wants to use him as part of his Maroni prosecution. He's the reason Hong Kong is in the film, someone has to go over there to persuade the Chinese government to extradite him back to Gotham. Guessing Wayne or Fox

Ah, thanks Sas. This movie is massive in scope.

Huge Jerry, huge! :woot:

INT. FOX’S OFFICE – WAYNE ENTERPRISES
Fox is notified of a break in at R & D

Remember that rumour about Bruce preparing for a special date in the final scene of TDK?

Breaking into WayneCorp R&D is not a job for your average burglar......

That would be brilliant...

But tecnology isn't her thing, she goes for jewellery etc, no? It also seems to be tied to the uncovering of batman's identity, with which she hasn't been mentioned in conjunction...

But yes, that would be TRÉS cool.

No, the fake batman effigy first of all probably is just meant to be that, an effigy, a dummy.

Even if it IS a dead body, however, the costume is still comprised of a balaclave and a catchers plate? (You know, the things catchers wear in baseball behind the batter? I'm not american.)

Gordon is one of the cops that takes down the effigy, I think he'd notice the diff.

Bright Knight gets a gold star for guessing Reese is a reporter. It's perfect, that kind of role was at the top of my wishlist, although I was expecting a newspaper angle.

Yay!!!
I knew that my Matlock like brain would come in handy at some stage!

So it's been confirmed for sure?

Reese is the reporter and Hall is the anchorman, something like that?

There's definitely a gang... Remember the leaked pics? And they were seen by people when the garage scene was being filmed.

Well, we still don't know for sure. The HC story had AMH down as Reese the reporter, then when the call sheet was pointed out to them they scrubbed out the Reese name. Since he was seen at a TV studio in London doing a scene with the Mayor I've been guessing Engel for ages, but there's nothing definitive either way.

How hard can it be for one of the news sites to phone Joshua Harto's rep?

Shouldn't Gordon's kid be Barbra Gordon?

He had a son in TLH, and in many of the comics, Barbra is an adopted niece after her parents are killed.

His first wife was called Barbra. Nothing precluding mother and daughter having the same name.

Well, Harto HAS been cast as Reese right? And he is a real actor... Hall's role, if it were Reese, wouldn't be so secretive that they'd have to use some fake casting? It's still just a reporter!
