If you watch the alternate opening for the hulk on the dvd or blu ray... there is a definite glimpse of Captain America in that movie... but just for a milisecond and you NEED to have the ability to move the image frame by frame to find it.
When the Hulk roars and causes that avalanche of snow... the rolling snow uncovers...then covers a quick glimpse of Cap's shield in the snow and something that looks vaguely like a human form burried under the snow.
