If Dixie Carter is telling the truth then a lot more people than usual were interested in the BFG fallout and and what would happen on Impact.
Thats about as high as a lot of Smackdown episodes isn't it?
I'm surprised by that rating. Wonder what the numbers were for the final segment?
Final 10/20 TNA Impact Wrestling rating (update)

Last night's 10/20 TNA Impact Wrestling drew a 1.35 cable rating with 2.019 million viewers.
While Dixie Carter stated on Twitter that this was Impact's highest rating ever, last year TNA drew a 1.40 rating the night after Bound for Glory. The highest quarter hour was the TNA Knockouts Tag Team Championships match peaking with 2.2 million viewers.
Interestingly enough, the main event featuring James Storm winning the TNA Championship drew the lowest quarter hour all night with a 1.29. Quarter hours were: 1.38, 1.38, 1.32, 1.42, 1.38, 1.30, 1.34 and 1.29. This is up from last week's 1.05 cable rating.
I would guess that when the WWE Network is formed, 15% of it will actually be about wrestling.
It'll be like MTV. Show lots of wrestling for a little while, then do two wrestlings hows a week.
Followed by 22 straight hours of Vince McMahon going on fits of rage.

Or just him saying "He's gonna PUKE!"
Seeing the world title change getting the lowest segment makes me sadly laugh.
