I really liked the segment between Beth and Eve. if only they could get Eve over. Right now I think she's got the most potential to the the top face of anyone in the division. She puts Kelly to shame on the mic.
AJ says hi. Good worker who keeps improving and she has the cute bubbly look that get over well. I see her as the female Cena.

That's cool. I remember flipping through the channels a while back and she escorted the new Hart Foundation to the ring and one of the commentators mentioned something.

He likes it when it's the other gender doing it. :cwink:

I'm more interested in the rustic wheelbarrow she's using. When I get a bigger place, it would make a marvelous room accent for a corner of the living area, where I'm going for a colonial style look. During the autumn months, I can fill it with straw and decorative gourds for a festive feel ... WHAT'S EVERYBODY STARING AT!!!

problem is aj will always be an underdog due to her tiny size

eve atleast can be seen as an equal to beth since she stand at 5'8

Aj has much further to go than Eve as far as being established in the company. I'm not JUST talking about talent in the ring but positioning on the card, familiarity with the audience, etc. Eves already a former champion and AJ isn't. Do you think they can immediately give AJ credibility? No. WWE has tried to do that before with talented people and its failed. Has to be the proper buildup.

Eve is also the superior athlete who has "the look" that WWE wants (as well as being good on the mic) who looks like she can physically stand a chance against Beth Phoenix, the top heel and current champion. Thats something most of the girls in WWE just don't have.

AJ is talented and has a good personality but she has some of the same problems you always seem to be so willing to point out in Daniel Bryan as far as McMahons mindset is concerned. Vince wants his "Hogan" for the Divas. Someone who can be promoted. Thats what Trish was and thats what he seems to want in the next girl even though he has no clue on how to do it anymore. Look is a huge deal in WWE and Eve has the look, the mic skills, the athleticism, etc.

That never stop Rey Mysterio. Underdog faces=Money when done right. I think if she improves in the ring, Kaitlyn also could be the face of the division too.

I can't believe you type a three paragraph post on the divas lol. Im not willing to go that far so I'll just say Eve is alright.

Booking for women isn't exactly the same as men. And while AJ is small she's not as small comparatively to the other women as Rey is to most of the men. Hell there's probably not even much height difference between AJ lee and Rey Mysterio. Kaitlyn has a long way to go in the ring.

Says the guy who has no intelligent reply to my reasoning so he just says something smartassed to try and belittle it. :whatever:

Is three paragraphs a lot to you? Was it that hard for you to read "all of that?"

I typed it so you could understand what I'm talking about because you apparently missed the point the first time.

Divas or no...its a wrestling discussion and we're still talking about wrestling even if its with the divas. It can be dissected just sas much when its done by someone who doesn't have a kneejerk reaction of a reply when it aint their favorite. :o

Eve has all of that, but the WWE won't push her as the John Cena of the WWE Divas because she isn't blond and not willing to put out. If anything Kelly Kelly is who the WWE will push as the top diva in the WWE because she's blond. Eve will probably end up as the Divas version of either Randy Orton or CM Punk, depending on who is number two.

I'm surprised Sting went along with how far he kissed Hogan's ass, I mean it was embarrassing, and Dixie just comes off as weak in nearly all the segments she doesn't, she lacks the presence of Steph of even Vickie.

I stopped watching when that started but from the clips I saw it looked to have gone way too for, at least Sting gave a reason as to why he did it.

Well Sting has always been pretty open about his respect for Hogan and what he's done so it's not surprising.

They really need to think about how they are going to book the two from this point, as I no longer think a straight Roode heel turn is the only way to go.

What a colossal screw up, the booking has left Roode and Storm running uphill in truth as nothing was done as it should have been. Angle got screwed as well as I am sure he would rather have dropped the belt in a proper match.

Agreed, it's just a shame it wasn't in a proper arena as opposed to the Impact Zone, so we could gauge the response better. Storm kept pointing to the sky, has he lost some recently?

Me too, it's the only reason I'll be watching again next week.

Yea Roode and Storm definitely got the short end of the stick. I think they'll slowly play Roode's jealously of Storm getting the title and him getting screwed out of his shot, at least that's how they should play it, but with TNA you always have to worry about them blowing it.

Their one saving grace is they have two talented workers who can make something of the program if they are allowed to.

AJ hasn't established herself within the WWE except as a love interest for Hornswoggle, which was one of the more ******ed WWE storylines out there, but fortunately for the WWE Universe, it was on NXT, a show that nobody watched.

Stop getting so defensive. I didn't even try to belittle your post. I was just saying you went all out for a diva discussion and that surprised me. I wasn't gonna do that when im watching football so I just tried to end my part of the discussion. You're making something out of nothing.

Eve has good modelesque looks like Vince wants but not the exact look. He also wants the all American looking girl. Blond. Fair skinned. Lean. Big boobs. Ideally he'd want a Kelly Kelly or Torrie Wilson type to be his top Diva.

Its the reason despite being by far the most popular woman in WWE at one point, Mickie James never REALLY was Vince's ideal face of the division.

Stop being a wiseass. :whatever: How am I getting "defensive" about me "writing all that about the divas?" So what if I did? Whats three paragraphs? You made it out like it was a big deal or too much on my part. Forgive me if I wanted to say what I did with some detail. You said what you said. Nobody forced you to. Now you're trying to spin it.

If you didn't feel the need to joke about it or it didn't bother you you either would have responded with a more constructive post or said nothing.

totally forgot there was even a ppv tonight! just looked at the card and it looks decent. i have a feeling ziggler is going to drop his us belt to ryder and then get the tag belts with swagger. i think henry is going to win and i have a feeling cena is going to win the belt again. There are so many ppvs I'm wondering if there anyone's really excited about this ppv? i think they should get rid of the 12 month ppvs. have something like this:

jan royal rumble
feb road to wrestlemania
march wrestlemania
ap
may king of the ring
june night of champ
july summerslam
aug
sept Fall Brawl
oct Halloween havoc
nov Survivor Series
dec

Yeah they defiantly need separate the ppvs more each month or start cutting down on them,The return of Halloween Havok would be a mark out moment for me!!

I think the WWE should just get rid of Survivor Series and bring back Starrcade (in its rightful place in November on U.S. Thanksgiving). The SS format is becoming irrelevant anyway, considering the number of 6- and 8-man tag matches we see on the two man TV shows every week.

That sounds nice.

Did I hurt your feelings or something? :o I don't need too spin it. Your acting like im criticizing you for writing all that when im not. I was just surprised you did write all that. If you're still mad about it then im sorry. :word: And yes now im being a wiseass.

i'm surprised people dislike survivor series  i've always liked the pay per view. i remember one survivor series where it was a "mix" and it had hbk, sid, ahmed and another person teaming up against razor ramon/owen/yoko and it was a mix between heels and faces. hbk accidentally knocked out sid with sweet chin and he absolutely didn't care lol. in a survivor series match, i like how you can go four on one and then still win the match. eh, i think it's fun. it's a gimmick match at its best, but i think it's a fun concept.

So would fall brawl, I certainly miss war games double ring with a cage.

What the f***'s so surprising about it? That some of us don't have the attention span of a roll of toilet paper? Thats why you're came off as a *****e and you don't even realize it. or you did it on purpose and are just playing stupid. Like I said spin.

I'm sorry three paragraphs was so much to read that you hurt your brain and lost your train of thought. I'll type less and use more simple words for you. :whatever:

ahh, one of my favorite survivor series matches was the 1994 opening match. 5 on 5, diesel came in and destroyed. jackknife after jackknife and almost elminated the entire team by himself. Awesome stuff.

I like the match itself, but having an entire PPV built around it is a waste, IMO. The original survivor series in the 1980s were a big deal, because A) we rarely got to see the big stars fight each other on TV, and B) we certainly didn't get to see our favorite heroes and villains team up and fight each other in an army of good vs. evil.

Now, none of the impetus for that is there anymore. We get to see Cena and Orton every week on free TV, and it is not rare to see 3-4 of our favourite faces fight 3-4 of our most hated villains, again on free TV.

I too remember the "Wildcard match" fondly, but nothing like that has ever happened again, so something cool the WWF tried back in 1994 is hardly a selling point for SS now. Don't get me wrong, I'd still like to see 5 on 5 elimination matches every now and then, but building an entire PPV around them seems forced and unnecessary in today's WWE.

I'd much rather have Starrcade come back as the big tentpole event for the Thanksgiving season. (Well, at least the fake Thanksgiving Americans insist on celebrating in November, clearly the wrong month ).
