Is most crime committed by people the victims know?
Yes or no?

Is Charles Darwins theory of natural selection based on the idea that species adapt to better their chances of survival?
Yes or no?

Why don't you take a look at all my posts in this thread, I've never attempted to refute anything you said, wrong or not? I was just poking fun at the way you presented your arguments. "Legally right". "Historically right". The pretentiousness of your posts is laughable.

Look at other posts outside of mine and SB's. You are pretty much being ridiculed because of how you are posting.

Not to mention, you are so uptight, that my first initial post in here, which was a way to poke fun at your "historically and legally" right stance. And if you rolled with it, you know, I probably would have laid off. But, you took offense at it, and you know what you were too fun for me to not keep going with it.

These things you are posting may be right but the way you representing yourself sounds like someone who's in high school and not an adult. Over the past 3-4 pages I've just looked at Erzengel has just been posting little one liners and has stayed away from the heat of the argument, so he's actually being pretty consistent.

Also we've agreed with you that yes, many horrible crimes are commited by someone the victim knows, however, it's not as common as you seem to think. Meaning look at the number of crimes commited during a year and the number of families in the world, there are plenty that make it through just fine. Yes, people may let us down, however, it's usually just something small that we forget about immediately or a few days later.

At NO point have I said that ALL family and friends will betray you.

And to those of you who cant figure it out...lies are a form of betrayal...if a friend you trusted has lied to you...you have had your trust betrayed.

Go back to my ORIGINAL statement on this.

We keep trusting...even though statistics say we should not...because we as humans have an emotional need to connect. It is not a smart idea for the survival of the species...but we do it because we are human.
