**** Fox for screwing over the Finder. They should have aired it with Bones, and given it Bone's spot while it was on break.

An almost one year gap between the backdoor pilot and premier, and not having it's sister show to back it up, did not do it any favors.

dont get me started on that show. i liked it and it was good each week. and the final episode...so many questions i need answered.

Maybe we can get a backdoor finale in another episode of Bones.

It also lists Damages which will also end this summer.

8 episodes in the summer and likely 8 episodes next summer.

Add CSI:Miami, Unforgettable and A Gifted Man to the cancellation list. CSI:Maimi lasted 10 seasons but CBS picked up four dramas and two comedies they feel can do better ratings. Looks like CSI:NY will live another year on Fridays because it was cheaper to produce.

NYC 22 was pretty much stillborn. When you're on CBS and they don't premiere your show until March, you should probably be worried.

We have to wait and see if AMC uses their option to produce (up to) two more seasons based on the deal they worked out with CBS.

I thought Ben and Kate had a better trailer than Mindy Kaling's show and now that they've landed two great producer/writers the show is looking stronger.

20th Century Fox TV is finalizing deals with Everybody Loves Raymond veteran Mike Royce to serve as showrunner on another family comedy, NBC’s midseason single-camera half-hour 1600 Penn, and with Community executive producers Garrett Donovan and Neil Goldman for the same duty on Fox’s fall single-camera comedy Ben and Kate. The gigs stem from Royce and Donovan & Goldman’s overall deals with the studio. Both pilots were written by scribes with no TV series writing experience. 1600 Penn was co-written by actor Josh Gad and former White House speechwriter Jon Lovett, with input from director Jason Winer; Ben & Kate was written by feature writer Dana Fox. Royce recently worked on a single-camera comedy project for 20th TV, the Fox pilot Little Brother.

Community's upcoming season could be brutal now that Donovan/Goldman are gone and Harmon could be gone too. Whenever they leave a show, there is a drop in quality (Family Guy, Scrubs). Fat Neil and Garrett were named after them on Community.

Y'know there really isn't a damn thing new this coming season that interests me, except maybe that new NBC show from Jon Favreau, and even that I plan on holding back till word of renewal appears. Ho Hum... so weak.

They aired the first half of the season, then canceled it. They'll burn off the rest in the summer.

I'm glad Touch made the cut. I've only seen the pilot, but I thought it was great.

The Touch pilot was rather meh. Especially for all of it's buildup.

But the show does get better with every episode. That reminds me, I need to catch up on the last few.

It is hard to judge a show from a pilot trailer because shows on cable usually have a few episodes they use where here you're limited to just setting up the premise not seeing what episode episode 3 or 4 will look like.

There are two new dramas that I'll definitely watch this fall and then 2 for midseason. There are a handful of others that I'll DVR and but even then of those I'll probably only watch half to begin with.

The shows of last year that I was looking forward to and actually watched: New Girl, Awake, Up All Night, Smash, The Playboy Club, Terra Nova and Pan Am. I only plan to keep on watching New Girl and Up All Night.

Never got around to watching Person of Interest, Alcatraz or the B in Apt 23. 2 Broke Girls was horrible and Touch's pilot didn't interest me.
