Well, Matthew Fox specifically said after the show ended, he'd not be doing television anymore and focus on films due to the amount of time it will allow him to spend with his family. So he's probably even just taking time off to spend with them more than anything.

The way I see it Sawyer & Locke seem 2 have trouble finding long lasting shows. So clearly the 3 needs 2 get together & be creative I say

Good luck to Sawyer Josh Holloway on this series doing better than Intelligence.

Sawyer just needs to make the cop show starring him and Miles from Lost

I like the sound of Colony and I tend to like most USA shows so hopefully this one works out for Holloway.

Hunters also sounds intriguing. :D

Tuesday night is so booked for me this year with the Flash, SHIELD, POI, SOA, Forever, and Supernatural... I haven't had so many favorites in one season on one night EVER...

Drama From Howard Gordon & James Wong Gets CBS Put Pilot Commitment
by Nellie Andreeva

As we mark the 20th anniversary since the premiere of CBS’ supernatural drama Touched By an Angel, CBS is taking in another drama project about an angel, this time a former one. In a competitive situation, the network has landed an untitled drama from Howard Gordon and American Horror Story executive producer James Wong with a put pilot commitment. Written by Wong, the untitled crime procedural centers on an angel who, after losing his wings, saves the life of a female police detective and together they try to uncover the mystery of why the angel is stranded as a mortal on earth. The project hails from Gordon’s Teakwood Lane Prods. and 20th Century Fox TV where the company just inked a new overall deal.

WME-repped Teakwood Lane is behind the Emmy-winning Showtime drama series Homeland, co-created and executive produced by Gordon. The company recently produced the Fox event series 24: Live Another Day, which is eying another installment. It was run by Gordon, who also serves as showrunner on Teakwood’s FX series Tyrant, recently renewed for a second season. The company’s portfolio also includes the TNT drama Legends.

Wong, who has strong genre pedigree, has close ties with 20th TV. He has been on the studio’s hit FX drama American Horror Story since the first installment and previously worked on another popular 20th TV franchise, The X Files and its spinoff The Lone Gunmen. In features, he wrote Final Destination, which launched a successful horror franchise. In TV, he recently penned the A&E pilot Occult, which was executive produced by Michael Bay.

I expect the news of Mulaney's cancellation any minute now, what a waste of time.

Dear God, you actually subjected yourself to that show/gave them a viewer?! :argh:

I didn't watch because I'm done with multi camera sitcoms. They need to die.

I like John Mulaney's standup, but the commercials didn't look good.

The suites were trying to make Mulaney seem like the next Seinfeld. They forget that the reason Seinfeld was so good was because of Larry David.

I'm generally done with multicam stuff too, but Mulaney's a special case. It's clearly his attempt at a Seinfeld, only ignoring the fact that that show from the early 90s and was very forward-thinking with it's subject matter/writing, and that this is a show made in 2014 that's taken, like, fifty steps backwards in terms of TV comedy.

It doesn't help that Mulaney himself just looks like a black hole of charisma in every promo I've seen thus far.

Yeah, he seems like a guy who's better at standup than he is at acting.

The whole thing just looks like something that might have been made in 1996 aping the show's success. Post-Arrested Development/Scrubs/The Office/Parks and Rec/30 Rock/Community/Brooklyn Nine-Nine/HIMYM/Modern Family/Happy Endings/a s***load of comedies on cable... why the **** is something like this even still done?

Because CBS.

Multicam is dead, and should remain just a relic of the past.

And that's the sad thing: Mulaney isn't even on CBS.

That's why he's not gonna get to season 2. CBS is pretty much the only channel that continues to to have constant viewership success with multicams. It's an obselete format that has no place in today's TV world. How I Met Your Mother for the most part was the last show that did something unique with the multicamera sitcom format.

while i find kate walsh hot as fuuuu

i dont think i can watch another episode of ..bad judge

Damn shame, because it was Mulaney who created the Stephon character and it was produced by Lorne Michaels, who produced the much funnier 30 Rock.

John Mulaney's acting was downright atrocious in the pilot. You're telling me, somebody watched this and deemed him suitable to base an entire series around?

It probably would have been in FOX's best interest to keep American Dad!
