Be Cool Scooby Doo and Wabbit will headline the start of Boomerangs original programming. BCSD was originally suppose to air on CN.

WB should put a new JL cartoon on Boomerang, probably better chance of surviving there then on CN.

Just don't have a new JL toon be New52 oriented. Hell, I'll pay good money to do Batman and the Outsiders

Michael J. Bassett (Solomon Kane) is going to direct episodes of The Player and Blindspot. Reuniting him with the Strike Back stars Philip Winchester and Sullivan Stapleton.

Lifetime is already developing The Unauthorized Story of Melrose Place.

You nerds should really be watching Hannibal. :o

Why? It's been cancelled.

*sigh* I had a feeling it would happen anyway.

It's being shopped around so it may not be dead yet. And the more people continue to watch the more enticing it will look to other networks and Amazon, hulu, Netflix. So if you like the show you should continue watching it.

Hannibal is going out with a bang. This has been my favorite season so far. :)

Hannibal is dead. The actors have been released from their contracts.

The actors have been released from their contracts because those contracts were with NBC. Those contracts were voided when NBC cancelled the show. So new contracts are required if another network picks it up.

A recent example of this happening was with Longmire. Longmire was cancelled and the actors were released from their contracts with A&E. Netflix brought it back and drew up new contracts for the actors.

I'm not particularly, but it seemed like Amazon really could have benefited from it.

Really surprised Netflix passed on Hannibal

Its not all that shocking tho.

Today Netflix announced the release dates of 4 films they are making. One starring Idris Elba and another starring Michelle Yeoh are coming out this year and one starring Brad Pitt is coming in 2016. Pee Wee's movie is coming out next year too. They have Daredevil, House of Cards, various other shows, and multiple Marvel series in development.

There isnt a good enough reason to invest in a cancelled niche series with a small shrinking audience. A show they cant even stream the first 3 seasons of due to a contract that guarantees Amazon exclusice streaming rights of the first 3 seasons.

I hate it for the show, but its an awful investment no matter how good the storytelling and direction is. Netflix was never going to pick it up.

The Emmy noms just came in and Jim Parsons didn't get one, oh my God, this is like Christmas.

on top of that Big Bang Theory wasn't nominated and finally Tatiana Maslany and Kyle Chandler both were nominated :D

Happy for Veep, Parks & Rec, Kimmy Schmidt, and Sarah Paulson.

And thank God for no BBT on the list.

The show itself, I don't mind so much getting nominated, because it hasn't won over and over and over again like it's lead actor has. That honor goes to Modern Family, and if there's any justice in the world, their reign will end this year too.

Wait, so I don't have to get my pitchforks over the snubbing of Tatiana this year??

Gotham gets four Emmy nominations and Flash gets one?

This world makes no sense. I, for one, blame Grant Morrison. And Vince Russo.
