PS3 and 360 are pretty much tied, but the PS3 falls behind the Xbox360 in some areas, and the 360 falls behind the PS3 in some as well.

Doesn't the Cell handle AI? I know the 360 GPU is hands down better. But everyone thought the Cell was supposed to be the greatest thing since sliced bread.

The Cell is based upon floating point calculations, which some have theorized to enable better AI than fixed-point calculations, but it's really just using the hardware you have. I've seen Half-Life 1's AI out-do the AI in some Xbox games, and additionally, I've seen Xbox games with better AI than Half-Life 2.
